We have the best customers at our farmers' markets. This recipe was created by two teenage sisters who are health nuts and love our Coconut Grove. They are always cooking up the best looking health-conscious creations on their Instagram--I only wish I had the time to try them all. This chia pudding is just wonderful layered with fresh berries and crunchy granola. We love it when our customers send us serving suggestions. Keep them coming!
Ingredients
5 T chia seeds
1 T flax seeds
1 T cocoa powder
1 T peanut butter
1 T maple syrup
2/3 cup milk of choice

Coconut Grove Grain-Free Granola
Fresh berries
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients (except for the granola and berries) in a jar.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or until thickened.
In a fresh glass, layer the chia pudding alternately with the granola and berries.
