This is another great recipe by the sisters who frequent our stand at the market. This recipe is perfect for the extended summer in LA, because you can enjoy it over ice, but also add warm Fall spices to remind you what season it really is. I always find that in LA, we need to try extra hard to feel seasonal because the temperature is so consistent. Serve this latte cold in the late summer, or warm it up in the winter for an extra cozy treat.
¾ cup milk of choice
¼ cup coconut milk
¼ cup Coconut Grove Grain-Free Granola
1 t vanilla extract
1 T maple syrup
spices of choice (pumpkin spice, cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne, to name a few)
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender.
Serve warm or cold over ice.
Top with more spices if desired.
